The high-speed shear mixer uses the combined action between the mixing elements andthe iner wall to achieve high mixing of naterials, which is completely differentfrom existing nixing technologies. The mixing container adopts a conical design and isequipped with an intermediate rotor, with a rotor tip speed of up to 30m/s. Underthe guidance of the done cover, the material moves towards the center of the mixer,and then its top impact blades efficiently disperse the viscous powder and liquidand control the particle size. The mixing mechanism of the mixer ensures uniformproduct mixing and short time.

转子转动过程中形成离心力，将产品推至容器壁，设备中间有一个顶部驱动的高速转轴，在轴上装有紧贴内壁的浆式混合元件。通过高速旋转的搅拌桨和锥形内仓的共同作用将产品由底部带至混合仓的上部，随即又回落至混合仓底部，此种流动方式形成一种快速的宏观混合。另外，通过混合腔体的夹套可以实现对产品温度的控制。

During the rotation of the rotor, centrifugal force is formed to push the produet onto the container wall. The produet is carried from the bottom to the upper part of the mixing chanber by the combined action of a high-speed rotatingstirring paddle and a conical inner chamber, and then falls back to the bottom of the mixing chamber, forming a rapid macroscopie mixingprocess.In addition, the temperature of the produet can be controlled through the jacket of the mixed cavity.
